At Chatwik, we strive to provide a transparent and fair experience for all our customers. Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for our users with the operational costs of maintaining our multi-channel communication systems.

Chatwik's refund policy is determined by the specific subscription plan you are on, the date of cancellation, and the type of resource or credit purchased (such as recurring seats versus one-off AI usage credits).

Standard Clause: Refunds are not automatically processed upon cancellation. All eligible requests must be submitted to our billing support team for verification and manual processing.

2. Subscription Refunds

Refund guidelines and eligibility criteria for standard subscription plans.

We offer a 7-day refund window for standard subscription plans (Monthly and Annual plans). If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, you must submit a request within 7 days of the charge date:

  • 7-Day Refund Window: To request a full refund, contact our support team within 7 days of your initial subscription payment or any recurring renewal charge.
  • After 7 Days: Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent auto-renewing for the next cycle.
  • Annual Plans: Annual plans are subject to the same 7-day refund window. Full refunds are eligible if requested within 7 days of the annual subscription purchase or renewal.

3. AI Agent Credits Policy

Important guidelines regarding refunds for purchased AI usage-based credits.

Chatwik offers additional add-on packages for AI usage, such as Copilot auto-replies, intent detection, and transcription credits.

AI Agent Credits Clause: Any unused AI credits or tokens are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once any credits from the purchased package have been consumed, the package is no longer eligible for a refund.

We recommend purchasing smaller AI credit packages initially to evaluate Copilot's efficacy for your support workflow before committing to larger token volumes.

To initiate a refund request, you can contact our billing operations team through one of the following official channels:

Send an email from your registered account owner address. Include your workspace URL, invoice details, and cancellation reasons.

Open our website's chat widget in the bottom-right corner and choose the "Billing Inquiry" option to open a ticket directly with an agent.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund transaction to settle in your bank statement once it has been processed and approved by our finance department.
